Our stay was exactly what we want from a home away from home - better, actually! Lovely, clean, well maintained home with super comfy beds, clean well-stocked bathrooms, coffee and tea, an easy kitchen to use and a marvelous message at the end (no need to hassle with cleaning upon departure). The location was optimal - a short walk to restaurants and Ballard 's main street. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about our visit to Seattle. The location of this place was unbeatable — close to shops/restaurants and an easy walk to all. The owners were incredibly helpful. We appreciate their attention to detail and comfort. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay at Andrew and Zhilmil’s beautiful townhouse! This home is perfect in so many ways. It is fresh, clean and feels new inside. It has everything you might need in the kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. We loved the location and being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and the Ballard Farmer’s Market. Single Hill Commons small tap room is about a block away - great spot for a friendly drink in the neighborhood. Parking was always available on street. We really appreciated the great communication with the hosts and their flexibility on check in time. We hope to stay here again on future visits to Seattle. Thank you Andrew and Zhilmil!

Excellent location in Ballard, which is my favorite area to stay in Seattle. Walk to everything Ballard has to offer. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the check out instructions (do nothing, you're on vacation) are THE BEST checkout instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the place. Very new and clean. Very quiet. Easy parking nearby. Comfy beds. Great cafe one block away, and a 15+ minute walk to Ballard where there are a crazy number of restaurants, especially on Ballard Ave. And if you like beer, there are something like 25 local breweries just east of 15th Ave. I didn't cook but it looks like they have pretty much everything you could need, even a KitchenAid mixer, which I don't think I've seen in any other Airbnb! The hosts were quick to respond and were proactive. I absolutely will stay here again.

We felt like locals in this beautiful townhouse on a lovely, quiet side street. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The bottom line for accommodations for us is how well we sleep, and this house was a 5+ in that regard--we slept better than we usually sleep at home. The linens were lovely, the furniture was comfy, and the washer-dryer setup was conveniently located on the second floor. We had a rental car and never had difficulty parking it on the street. And the hosts are very quick to respond to questions. We intend to rent again, provided the house is available, when we come back to Seattle.
