The location was close to downtown with access routes that avoid Interstate 5, quick and easy to reach the major sites. The parking could handle my crew cab pickup and was located immediately off 23rd Avenue which was perfect for my large vehicle. The home had four bedrooms with a spacious kitchen and living areas which was great for our group. The interior has been completely renovated with modern appliances, fixtures, and furniture...just like new!

We had such an incredible stay in downtown Seattle while celebrating my husband’s birthday! The location truly could not have been better. We were within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants, fun karaoke spots, and so many cool places to explore throughout the city. It made the entire weekend feel effortless and special. The home itself was perfect for our stay, especially because we were able to comfortably bring our two small dogs along with us. Everything felt welcoming, cozy, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Andrew and Zhilmil were absolutely wonderful hosts, so accommodating, communicative, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire experience. You can really tell they care about making their guests feel at home. We’re so grateful for such a memorable birthday weekend and cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. We would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we visit Seattle!

Wow! Such an amazing place in a great location. The hosts were so responsive and the place was squeaky clean. It was a great amount of space with a bedroom and bathroom on floors 2 and 3 allowing for some space to spread out and room between guests. Balcony on top floor had great view of downtown Seattle and Mt Ranier. Kitchen is well equipped with even a Kitchenaid mixer. It was obvious a lot of thought went into making the space welcoming to guests. An absolutely amazing experience. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

I lived in Seattle from 2017 - 2020, so this was a return visit for me, to participate in the annual Emerald City Bike Ride. I've visited Seattle several times since I left, but this was by far my favorite visit, and this AirBnB played a big part of that. I was seriously sad when I had to leave this place. Its perfectly placed just out of reach of the craziness that is capitol hill. Also, if you walk just down the street and look to the west, you get some of the most amazing views of downtown Seattle, and the Olympic mountains beyond that! The hosts were quick to respond (not that I needed much). Its super easy to get into the place, super easy to find. Centrally located etc. I found myself wishing I lived there :) I dont often try to stay in the same places when I revisit, but i'd absolutely stay here again

Andrew and Zhilmil's place is breathtaking. Waking up to views of Lake Sammamish and have your own peaceful private escape is wonderful. The house is spacious and well equipped and they are also extremely responsive and helped us quickly figure out an issue we had trying to check in. It is also a pretty short drive into Seattle, so you should definitely consider this place whether you intend to spend time in Seattle or just stay on the east side.

Four ladies stayed for a bowling tournament. We loved this place, quiet, beds very comfortable, great living room to sit and visit, kitchen had everything we needed plus coffee! Bathrooms were clean, great water pressure. Hosts reach out each day to make sure we had want we needed and asked if we had any questions. We will stay again. Thank you for providing your beautiful home from The Clean Up Crew!

The property was beautiful. The lower area of the Airbnb, where the stage and theater are located is private, and away from the main house with its own entrance. Perfect for those who are looking for a bit more privacy away from your friends. Will definitely be recommending.

Gorgeous and clean home in a very family friendly neighborhood! There were always parking spots out front on the street. The check-in process was easy and I appreciate the host responsiveness. The personal touches inside were well appreciated. Use of the laundry, coffee, and extra linens were great. Would definitely come back with our family again.

We loved the accommodations, so many cozy gathering areas in this lovely, large but charming home. Four wonderful bedrooms, and having 2 1/2 baths was very nice! The thoughtful checking in and accommodating nature of the hosts was very appreciated.

Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for something close to downtown Seattle and a short drive to Bellevue. The home was perfect for 4 people who each had their own room. The master bedroom suite on the ground floor was remodeled very well and was huge. It was the perfect spot for a quick getaway weekend.
