INSIDE Your group will enjoy spreading out in the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. These spaces feature designer furnishings, modern conveniences, and open sightlines toward the water. This is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Guests staying in the primary bedroom downstairs can wake up to water views, with distant Olympic Mountains visible on clear days — or keep the blackout curtains closed and sleep in late. This room features a king bed and a mid-century Brasilia dresser (a design first debuted at our very own Seattle World's Fair). The primary bathroom is also on the lower level of the home. This bathroom has it all: a double vanity, step-in shower, and a jetted tub. The second bedroom, also on the lower level of the home, includes a large desk and ergonomic chair with views toward the Puget Sound. The third bedroom, on the main level of the home, has been designed with a clean "rustic urban" feel. Cozy and inviting, this room offers a ceiling fan as well as a portable air conditioner during summer months. The home's second full bathroom, on the main level, is especially easy to navigate for those with mobility concerns. There is a step-free shower with well-positioned handrails. This bathroom is located right outside the main floor bedroom. A full laundry room completes the interior of the home. OUTSIDE The upper and lower decks were built to take full advantage of the glorious views from this home. The upper deck, accessed from the main level, has an outdoor sofa, bistro table, and grill. Other Details to Note
Hot tub capacity is 3 guests maximum. House is located down a gravel driveway, and the carport can be a tight fit. So only small or medium-sized cars are recommended. There is street parking a block or two away up the hill for larger vehicles. Downstairs fireplace is decorative only. Outdoor cushions are stored during winter. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violations will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee to cover odor removal and restoration costs.

Our house has a carport where you may park a single small or medium-sized car. For large cars or trucks, there is street parking two blocks up the hill.
