The movie theatre and one bedroom is on a different floor with a different entrance. This is in the basement. 3rd floor (one bedroom with 3 beds) is only accessible via the spiral staircase. This is a strictly NO FIREWORKS, NO EVENTS home. Any use of fireworks anywhere near the house will result in a $1000 fine. Any disturbance to neighbors is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refunds.
