We had a lovely holiday stay at this cozy home! Don’t underestimate the impact of the fireplace in the living room - it was cozy and wonderful. Really comfy beds. Great for the whole family + dog (fenced in backyard). Loved it!

Andrew and Zhilmil’s place was perfect for our needs. It is close to public transportation and we were easily able explore Seattle and get to/from the airport. It is located in a fun and walkable area with lots of restaurants and bars. I would recommend staying at their place.

My wife and I and live in a big family household. We had our baby and booked with Andrew and Zhimil in their beautiful bnb home to be able to enjoy our first nights with our baby as a new family and it exceeded all expectations! We really enjoyed our visit and we were so happy with our stay. Bringing our newborn into an airbnb was questionable for us and our situation, but we were very happy and it was so nice and clean!

Loved the place. Very new and clean. Very quiet. Easy parking nearby. Comfy beds. Great cafe one block away, and a 15+ minute walk to Ballard where there are a crazy number of restaurants, especially on Ballard Ave. And if you like beer, there are something like 25 local breweries just east of 15th Ave. I didn't cook but it looks like they have pretty much everything you could need, even a KitchenAid mixer, which I don't think I've seen in any other Airbnb! The hosts were quick to respond and were proactive. I absolutely will stay here again.

Great location. Easy to find. Great food options within easy walking. Parking was doable since we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and left on Monday morning, the times when parking isn’t regulated. If you’re there mid week and need to park a car all day, could be a challenge.

The house is very clean and a great size. I really loved using the sauna. The house comes stocked with kitchen utensils and cooking wear which is great. I really liked my stay at this house and would stay again.

Had a great stay! The house is as advertised, very comfortable and worked great for the 6 of us. Had an issue with the heat at first but the hosts were prompt to resolve the issue. The cedar tub was great and the location was perfect for our group.

Our stay here was lovely! Access was easy and found plenty of parking. Andrew and Zhilmil kept in touch checking in if we needed anything. The location was very close to some good food a bar spots and to the train we had to take. Even in the cold everything was very walkable. Would stay here again and recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Andrew & Zhilmil’s home. We especially enjoyed the beautiful lake view in the summertime, and the location was perfect for our needs with many nearby parks. Robinswood Park and Bellevue Water Park were great for our younger daughter, and I loved morning walks at Weowna Park with its deep forest-like setting. Grocery stores like Safeway, and Walmart were less than ten minutes away, Trader Joe’s about 12-15 min. and it was easy to reach downtown Bellevue or Costco in under 20 minutes. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for a long stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and we all slept very well. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. Communication was always quick and smooth when needed. The home was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for our family of four. The extra fridge and ample garage storage were a big plus during our move from out of state. We’re very grateful for such a smooth experience! Thank you!!
