Wonderful weekend getaway. The theater room and hot tub made the weekend. Super responsive hosts. Kitchen actually had utensils and pots/pans, which has been an issue at other stays. Great spot, would rent again.

We had a very nice stay in Seattle over the weekend in November. The house accommodated 7 of us and a dog very comfortably and was centrally located with tons of great spots nearby. Having access to the driveway was really nice, given that street parking can be a bit tight, which is to be expected in the city. The hot fub was fabulous in the chilly mornings!

Embarking on a short, spontaneous trip with my family proved to be a wonderful experience for us all. It was especially meaningful as my aunt, visiting the US for the very first time, found herself quite impressed by the sights and experiences. This brief adventure allowed us to create cherished memories together. We were delighted to share these moments with her. It truly was a memorable occasion.

I stayed here for over a week and it was amazing! The hosts were responsive, the place was clean and spacious. I travelled with my son, so it being less than a block from a great playground was also a bonus!

This is a great place!! Everything inside is so cute and coordinated and very cozy on chilly, rainy nights! But the views… absolutely stunning!!! Our favorite thing to do was get in the hot tub and just admire everything!! Would definitely recommend!! Andrew and Zhilmil were excellent communicators and we had a wonderful stay!!

This home was very comfortable and had a lot of space. We especially appreciated the large kitchen island, where we put together over 25 flower arrangements for a baby shower. The hosts were quick to respond to the questions we had. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again.

We felt like locals in this beautiful townhouse on a lovely, quiet side street. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The bottom line for accommodations for us is how well we sleep, and this house was a 5+ in that regard--we slept better than we usually sleep at home. The linens were lovely, the furniture was comfy, and the washer-dryer setup was conveniently located on the second floor. We had a rental car and never had difficulty parking it on the street. And the hosts are very quick to respond to questions. We intend to rent again, provided the house is available, when we come back to Seattle.

Beautiful place and amazing view! Super close to downtown. Beds were comfortable and the place is spotless. Well stocked kitchen. All in all a fantastic place! Highly recommend the place and host! Thanks!

Great old house. Clean and easy to find. Liked the backyard and hot tub! Loved that the living room had seating for 8 of us:) Location was great for all we wanted to do. Washer/dryer would have been nice but in no way took away from the desirability of the house. Would gladly stay again:) Thankyou!
