This place is amazing. Hosts are very responsive and very kind. The unit looks just like the photos, very clean and comfy. It’s in a perfect location, near lots of restaurants and things to do. I recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable stay!

Loved this place! It was perfect for our family. The open floor plan is great, everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Seattle. The price for the house was a great value and the hosts made us feel very welcome. They were super responsive to any questions we had and were very accommodating to our requests. Also the best and easiest check out of any Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. Five stars across the board!

Excellent location in Ballard, which is my favorite area to stay in Seattle. Walk to everything Ballard has to offer. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the check out instructions (do nothing, you're on vacation) are THE BEST checkout instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

We found Andrew and Zhilmil’s townhouse extremely comfortable and well appointed! There is plenty of space for working from home or staying while on vacation. The neighborhood is family friendly with a beautiful playgarden a few minutes on foot. There is a neighborhood coffee shop 2 minute walk the street to grab a bite and a cup of excellent coffee. Highly recommend!

We came up to Seattle to watch the Seahawks play and win the NFC Championship! Alex and Zhilmils home was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location and the house with is excellent condition. There was an issue with the hot tub when we showed up and they came over and worked on it almost immediately. They got it up and running in the dark and cold, we were very grateful for that! We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here in the future!

This home was truly the perfect place for us to land during an unexpectedly chaotic time. After discovering a roof leak at our house, we were displaced right through the heart of the holidays, which could have felt really unsettling. Instead, this Airbnb became a cozy, steady place where we could settle in and still feel at home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay, and we really appreciated their flexibility and understanding. The space itself was comfortable, welcoming, and in a great location, it made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. We’re so grateful for this stay and for the kindness of the hosts during a challenging season. We’d happily recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, reliable place to stay.
