Andrew and zhilmil were helpful and were had a few problems , but were solved right away. I loved the master bathroom shower!!!! and the washer and dryer was amazing!!! The only thing that I could really complain about was the coffee pot. They needed a bigger one.We drink a lot of coffee and it was not big enough.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for traveling with kids - easy, stress-free, and very friendly. The location was amazing, close to everything we needed and just a short distance from great restaurants and activities. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again!

Andrew and Zhilmil’s place was fantastic and perfect for a weekend getaway in Seattle. Really nice neighborhood and it was close to the light rail too, making it really easy to get to the city and back.

Andrew place felt just like home, the pictures you see it what you get house is very cozy i will definitely come back soon & will recommended. stores & restaurants are close by like 3 miles perfect place to stay. Andrew we're very polite and would respond quick if we had any questions.

The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of light. Bedrooms and beds were great. Every room has its own mini-split for heating and AC. Very nice touch. We were a group of 3 just in town overnight to see a couple of Mariners games and the place worked great for us. The living room and kitchen are comfortable but could possibly be a bit snug for a group of 4 or more people.

This was a great house for us to stay in with our little dog. The house is large and clean with great furnishings and a wonderful kitchen. Big front room and table were great for family that came over for dinner/visit on one of the days. Having the driveway to park 2 cars was also a big plus for our rental vehicle and for family to visit -- many places in Seattle don't have a driveway and street parking can be hard to find. The beds were comfy and we appreciated multiple bathrooms, the spacious kitchen, and the on-site laundry. The backyard space was great to relax in, and the location (not far from Capitol Hill and downtown attractions) while being in a neighborhood was a good combo. The hosts for friendly and responsive -- would definitely stay again!

Very easy entry. Street parking in this location is plentiful. The host had great communication. The bathrooms and kitchen were all very well stocked. Safeway and Trader Joe's are a 5 minute drive away. The house was clean and had the easiest check out! Nothing. Everything was great!

The home was spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed having a bedroom with a full Bath for each person in our party. There was even an extra half Bath in the common area. Fans and portable Cooling units were available during our stay as there was extreme heat during the week of our stay. We were fortunate to enjoy various Seattle tours and it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable home. Many thanks to Andrew. We had a fantastic vacation.

The rooms were all very clean and well made up, as well as having a nice modern decor that was inviting. There was so much space and every floor had a bathroom which was great. The owner was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions or requests we had throughout our stay, as well as being very helpful and understanding when we had scheduling issues due to flight delays. It’s in a great place as well that allows a quick walk to coffee shops or local dining and short uber rides into the heart of the city. All in all, the stay was a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend this for your Seattle stay.
