We had our family over for our Anniversary it was such a convenient beautiful home provided peace of mind for my family to find the home to stay also the hosts are very friendly and respectful also proactively address my request for additional day .

We stayed at this lovely house near To Alki beach for three nights. It’s a beautiful home in a a very nice and quiet area with a fantastic view of the water. It was large enough for our family of 5. We will definitely come back without hesitation. Andrew was a very good host and he was always available and very responsive.

Cozy Capital Hill Cottage was perfect for our vacation. It was comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Walkable to multiple nice restaurants as well as public transportation including the subway. We did not rent a car and street parking was limited. But it looked like you could get parking within a block or 2 with no issues. Would return if we ever make it back to Seattle.

We had a great time with Grandkids and Family. The house was spacious and perfect. Andrew and Zhilmil was very attentive and helpful. we will be back for sure . Thanks for the memories with Family ❤️

Andrew and Zhilmil were wonderful hosts. We communicated before our arrival as well as during our stay. Their house was centrally located to what we planned to do while in Seattle. The house was old and wonderful. We should definitely stay there again

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with a large beautiful park. We and our dog really appreciated the enclosed back yard. Everything is clean and updated in the home. Andrew and Zhilmil were proactively helpful and responsive. The home is close to everywhere we wanted to go in Bellevue. We will absolutely stay again when we are back in Seattle!

We were looking to get out of the city to celebrate the 4th of July with some family/friends and this was the perfect spot! The river setting is beautiful and peaceful. We made good use of the grill, hot tub, fire pit and karaoke. We are already planning our next stay! Thank you Andrew and Zhilmil for sharing your lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay with our children – everything was perfect! The place is truly amazing, very comfortable, and family-friendly. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended! Nothing bad there.

Andrew and Zhilmil's place was great for what my friends and I were looking for in Seattle! Location was a 15 minute walk for some of the activities we were looking to do. There was plenty of space for 6 of us and enough linens (like towels and blankets) for everyone. Kitchen was stocked well with silverware, bowls, plates, and other cooking necessities. Check in was super easy and it was awesome to have a simple checkout process. We had a minor issue with the smart lock, but they were so quick to respond and resolved it within the hour of us reporting it. Would absolutely stay here again, thanks again for the wonderful stay! :)
